Four leading educators will act as consultants on The Reppies, a live-action TV show that uses song and dance to teach children the importance of the environment and developing positive relationships.
The four are: Dr. Milton Chen, director of KQED Center for Education and Lifelong Learning, San Francisco; John Murray, Ph.D., a professor and director of family studies and human services at Kansas State University; Gordon Berry, Ed.D., a professor of psychological studies in education at UCLA; and Elaine Griffin, 1995 National Teacher of the Year. This panel was announced early last month.
The half-hour Reppies show is being distributed by public television station WEDU in Tampa, Florida.
