PARIS: Le Journal des Enfants, the French weekly newspaper for children aged eight to 15, is preparing to launch on the Internet. Part of the international expansion for this L’Alsace-Le Pays publication, which is already circulated to more than 100 countries, is a French/English version of the newspaper, as well as an English-only version. The top news stories of the week will appear every Wednesday on the Web site at http://www.jde.fr. The site will also serve as an exchange medium among children.
