Cloudco Entertainment taps Hasbro director

After six years with the toymaker, Amy Sullivan joins the entertainment company as it continues to bolster its CP program and retail presence.

Cloudco Entertainment named Amy Sullivan (pictured) as VP of global retail development.

Reporting to Cloudco’s head of global licensing Robert Prinzo, Sullivan will be based in Rhode Island and will work across all of the company’s domestic, international and e-commerce retail accounts.

Sullivan joins Cloudco from Hasbro, where she most recently served as director of global franchise marketing and development. In her nearly seven years with the company Sullivan also served as senior manager of retail development and marketing for consumer products, and as senior brand manager for Amazon. Her appointment comes as Cloudco launches new consumer products programs for several properties, including Care Bears, Holly Hobbie and Tinpo.

Care Bears: Unlock the Magic recently launched  in the US (Boomerang) and the UK (Tiny Pop); Holly Hobbie will see its second season bow this fall in the US (Hulu) and Canada (Family Channel); and the Cbeebies-commissioned Tinpo is now rolling out globally.

Cleveland, Ohio-based American Greetings Entertainment rebranded to Cloudco Entertainment last year after spinning off as a standalone company from its parentco, American Greetings.
