UK prodco Lime Pictures is launching a new Liverpool-based kids division, promoting Angelo Abela (pictured, left) and Tim Compton (pictured, right) to lead it.
Lime’s portfolio already features kids productions including Free Rein (Netflix), The Evermoor Chronicles (Disney), House of Anubis (Nickelodeon) and Rocket’s Island (CBBC).
Abela joined Lime in 2010 as series director and showrunner for House of Anubis, while Compton developed the studio’s The Well (BBC Switch), served as story producer and core writer on House of Anubis, piloted Rocket’s Island and co-created and produced Evermoor.
