Nickelodeon is giving the second season of online sports series The Dude Perfect Show a linear home beginning July 22 at 9 p.m. The first season of the Rob Dyrdek- and Shane Nickers-produced series debuted on Viacom-owned CMT in April 2016.
The live-action show was originally a big YouTube hit, racking up 45 million followers and more than three billion video views. The crew continues to make videos, although less frequently, on its YouTube channel.
The series follows five best friends and their panda mascot as they test out extreme sports challenges aimed at going viral. Taking place inside a 25,000-square-foot sports arena, the new season will see the cast test out a life-sized board game and help each other blindly navigate trust obstacles.
The 20 x half-hour season will also include appearances by big-name athletes and celebrities like professional surfer Bethany Hamilton and NFL star DeMarcus Ware.
Dyrdek and Nickerson, the duo behind Superjacket Productions (Fantasy Factory, Ridculousness), also have plans to attend the first-ever Hasbro fan convention in September.
