Ahead of its first season premiere, Disney Channel’s Tangled: The Series has been renewed for a second season.
The Disney Channel Original Movie Tangled Before Ever After is set to premiere on March 10, followed by the TV series launch on March 24.
Tangled: The Series was developed by Chris Sonnenburg and Shane Prigmore, with Sonnenburg serving as executive producer and supervising director.
Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi will return to their roles as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider from the 2010 feature film. The musical team comprised of composer Alan Menken (The Little Mermaid, Aladdin) and lyricist Glenn Slater will also be returning.
A line of Tangled products will also be released this fall. It will include role-play products, dolls, playsets, apparel and accessories.
