Corus debuts refreshed Treehouse App

The newly launched Treehouse App features customized playlists, curated content and more than 1,500 episodes from the Corus-owned net.

Canada’s Corus Entertainment has made its revamped Treehouse App available for iOS platforms as well as Apple TV.

The app, formerly Treehouse Classic, features more than 1,500 episodes from the preschool net’s library of content, spanning 40 series including BabarDora the ExplorerThe Backyardigans and Franklin and Friends.

The app also offers customized playlists and packaged content that features seasonal and educational-themed episodes that cover topics like camping, siblings, outdoors and music.

Users who download the app to their tablets will also have exclusive access to digital coloring pages featuring popular Treehouse characters.

The app joins Corus’ full suite of growing TV Everywhere offerings, which include TreehouseGO, YTVGO, NickGO, Disney Channel App and Disney Junior App.
