Mobile platforms Cartoon Network Watch and Play and Cartoon Network Anything will soon be made available to Globe customers in the Philippines, following a deal between Turner Asia Pacific and the telecom company.

An authenticated version of the Cartoon Network Watch and Play app will include a live stream of the channel and additional VOD content, while Cartoon Network Anything is also part of the bundle, showcasing the network’s array of short-form content.

The latter made its debut in nearby Southeast Asia last December, marking the premiere of original animated micro-series Mighty Magiswords in the region, along with a slew of new Asia Pacific-made short-form content including Beat Monsters (Korea), Lamput (India) and Bill & Tony (Australia).

Cartoon Network is currently the leading kids channel in the Philippines, and the net also ranks as a top-five channel across all genres in the country.
