German brand management and media company m4e AG is expanding its licensing and merchandising team.
Linda Kozakova (pictured) has joined the company as licensing manager international and will be responsible for the coordination and control of m4e’s L&M business outside German-speaking territories.
Previously, Kozakova was the marketing and public relations director at Prima TV, Prague, where she was responsible for the development of the broadcaster’s licensing business. She also handled licensing for the RTL, VOC and n-tv formats at RTL Interactive.
Recently, m4e acquired Italian production company Rainbow’s stake in the international rights of popular girls property Mia and me and announced it will co-produce an adaption of the popular comic book series Jinnrise into a CGI-animated show for kids ages seven to 12.
As a result of an expanding rights portfolio, m4e has also extended its sales team.
Judith Böhnke has been tapped as licensing manager G/A/S in an effort to strengthen m4e’s presence in German-speaking markets.
Böhnke became an established licensing sales professional at EM.TV AG (currently Studio 100 Media), and started her own business as a consultant for the media and consumer goods industries.
