Based on the popular TV series Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games and The Lego Group have released a new mobile game, Lego Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin, for iOS devices.

In Lego Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin, players battle the dark samurai Ronin, who is on a mission to steal the ninjas’ memories using a powerful ancient weapon called the Obsidian Glaive. To stop Ronin from completing his plan and unleashing an even greater evil on Ninjago, players have to drive, fly, stomp and slide their way through popular locations from the Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu TV series.

The game is equipped with improved touch-screen controls and an upgraded hint system designed to enhance game play. Currently available in the App Store for US$4.99, and coming soon to Google Play for Android devices, the game aims to extend the action of the handheld game to mobile devices.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games and The Lego Group also recently teamed up to launch Lego Dimensions into the growing toys-to-life category. Available for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and the Wii U, Lego Dimensions combines physical Lego bricks with digital play, which allows kids to build things like mini figures, a Batmobile and more.
