Wicked Cool Toys has landed the master toy license for the CG-refreshed ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks from Bagdasarian Productions and OuiDO! Productions.

Wicked Cool Toys will develop a diverse toy line including a voice changer singing microphone, fully-articulated figures, playsets, R/C, plush, feature plush and more. It’s expected to be on retail shelves for summer/fall 2016.

Created, written and directed by Janice Karman, who along with her husband Ross Bagdasarian are the owners and voices of the Chipmunks franchise and producers of the previous TV iteration, three movies and have a fourth coming this holiday season, the new series ALVINNN!!! and The Chipmunks offers a fresh take on the classic adventures of Alvin, Simon, Theodore and the Chipettes.

The series debuted across Nickelodeon channels worldwide in April, as well as free-to-air platforms including M6 (France), Gloob (Brazil), Super RTL (Germany), Discovery/K2 (Italy), RTBF/OufTivi (French Belgium), RTS (French Switzerland), DR (Denmark) and MNC TV (Indonesia). Additionally, Nickelodeon US acquired both seasons of the series last month.

The series is also set to roll out on TéléQuébec (French Canada), Teletoon (English Canada), Sic (Portugal), NRK (Norway), MTV3 (Finland), LRT (Lithuania), Neox (Spain), Kidz (Turkey), SpaceToon (Midde East), Thai TV3 (Thailand), Plus Plus (Ukraine), TV Puls (Poland), MTVA (Hungary) and Mediacorp (Singapore).

France’s M6 commissioned ALVINNN!!! from Bagdasarian Productions and PGS. PGS Entertainment reps the series worldwide, save France (M6).

For Wicked Cool Toys, the Bristol-Pennslyvania toyco continues to be on a roll, following recent master toy deals for Cabbage Patch Kids, Wild Kratts and Masterchef Junior.
