Under a new deal with Seoul, South Korea-based CJ E&M, Corus Entertainment-owned Nelvana Enterprises will represent the North American merchandise licensing rights for new preschool series Super Wings.

Nelvana Enterprises now controls all consumer products rights for the property in North America, with the exception of toys, which are being distributed by Auldey Toys North America (US) and Imports Dragon (Canada).

Super Wings, co-produced by creator FunnyFlux Entertainment, Little Airplane Productions, Qianqi Animation, EBS and CJ E&M, bowed on Korean pubcaster EBS in September 2014. It has since been sold into more than 40 countries worldwide. In the US, Super Wings currently airs on Sprout and will launch on Canadian preschool net Treehouse this fall.

The series  follows the adventures of Jett, a confident jet plane that travels around the world delivering packages to children with a group of fellow airplane friends. The Super Wings visit new countries every episode and encounter problems that they must solve with each delivery, focusing the series on cultural diversity and creative problem-solving.
