Remarkable Brands to rep Tighty Whitey Brands

New York-based licensing and branding agency Remarkable Brands, which launched last year under Stacey Reiner, has been named the exclusive worldwide licensing agent for Todd Goldman's Tighty Whitey Brands, home of the Bear in Underwear picture book series.

New York-based licensing and branding agency Remarkable Brands, which launched last year under Stacey Reiner, has been named the exclusive worldwide licensing agent for Todd Goldman’s Tighty Whitey Brands, home of the Bear in Underwear picture book series.

Goldman is an entrepreneur and children’s author, who writes under the pen name Todd H. Doodler. He has 30 published kids books, including the poular Bear in Underwear series, as well as titles like Boys are Stupid, Throw Rocks at Them, which is being made into a feature film at Universal Studios.

Remarkable Brands will develop licensing partnerships for Goldman’s Bear in Underwear book series, published by Blue Apple Books. The series has 12 titles and an animated pilot launching this month on Amazon Studios.

The agency will also create consumer products programs for Goldman’s Veggies with Wedgies books, published by Simon & Schuster, as well as his Animals in Undies, Food in Underwear and Dogs in Underwear brands.

Remarkable Brands will work to develop a broad-scale licensing program for each of the brands, in categories including apparel, toys, games, plush and stationery.

With more than 20 years in the business, Reiner is an industry whose previous remits include positions at HIT Entertainment, Ragdoll Worldwide, Commonwealth Toy & Novelty and Toymax.
