Italian animation studio Rainbow has inked a new broadcast deal with Brazil’s TV Cultura for its girl-skewing Winx Club property.

The Brazilian broadcaster is slated to air seasons five and six of the show every weekday, starting this month through the end of 2016.

Blending action and adventure with comedy, the animated series follows the adventures of a group of young fairies. With six seasons to its name, Winx Club counts over 15 million daily viewers, through 115 broadcasters worldwide.

Rainbow brought Winx Club season seven to last month’s MIPTV in Cannes, France. In the series’ latest installment, the fairies discover the importance of a group of rare fairy animals, which must be saved from evil shape-shifter Kalshara.

A spin-off series is also in the works from Rainbow and Netflix. The pair is expected to launch Winx Club WOW: World of Winx in early 2016, with a serialized storyline designed for on-demand viewing.
