Matt Webb, a 25-year kids entertainment veteran and former marketing exec for The Jim Henson Company, has launched a full-service consultancy in the UK called Revelation Entertainment.
Revelation is a revised and rebranded version of Webb’s previous business, Company NetworkTV, and it now offers services in TV, retail, marketing, communications, licensing, live events and gaming.
Webb is returning to the kids industry after undergoing a liver transplant in 2012 that occurred shortly after he left his post as head of marketing at Hamleys. Before that, Webb served as marketing director for international brands at The Jim Henson Company.
Webb and his current team have been responsible for more than 200 retail promotions with the likes of Toys ‘R’ Us, Smyths, W H Smith, Woolworths and Tesco.
