Fuhu rolls out nabi Karaoke Box

Kids tablet maker Fuhu has launched a new digital device with sweet melodies in mind that will be available exclusively at Toys 'R' Us in the US.

From tablets and headphones to karaoke, Fuhu is making a bid to reach more kids’ ears. The children’s tablet maker has launched the nabi Karoake Box, featuring songs from Disney’s Frozen.

Rolling out at US retailers this month, Toys ‘R’ Us is the exclusive retailer of this modern-day music box (US$149.99). Kids and families can sing along to Elsa and Olaf through the included Frozen app, or stream music via a Bluetooth speaker that connects to Fuhu’s Android nabi tablets or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

nabi Karaoke is the latest addition to Fuhu’s line of nabi products, which includes tablets, headphones, cameras and accessories. The company also introduced Morpho Pods earlier this year, marking its entry into toy-based gaming properties.

Having generated roughly US$196 million in revenue last year, according to, Fuhu shows no signs of slowing down in 2014. Its much-anticipated nabi Big Tab hits stores this month. Available nationwide at Toys ‘R’ Us, Walmart and, the 20-inch version will go for US$449, and the slightly larger 24-inch has an SRP of US$549.
