Guardians of the Galaxy soared in theaters this summer,  and now Skyreader Media has released its first interactive digital magazine focusing on the next big Marvel superhero franchise.

Using a patented authoring technology, the Toronto, Canada-based Skyreader’s new eMagazine provides fans with Guardians sneak peeks, sketches, exclusive interviews, original music, as well as a few Easter eggs.

At the box office, Guardians of the Galaxy surpassed the original Iron Man movie last week to become the third highest-grossing Marvel film in the US. The movie’s star, Chris Pratt, hosted the season premiere of Saturday Night Live last week, while Guardians of the Galaxy figures were also added to the Disney Infinity 2.0 lineup.

The Marvel Guardian’s of the Galaxy eMagazine is available for US$2.99 at the Apple App Store.
