Bulldog Licensing has signed on two new partners for the CBBC show Wolfblood. UK-based GB Eye will produce an array of posters, prints and canvases, while Titan Publishing Group will launch a new Wolfblood magazine to coincide with the premiere of season three this fall.
Co-produced by CBBC and ZDF, Wolfblood revolves around the story of two teenagers who can turn into wolves. They must live secret lives as they navigate through the regular turmoil of being a teenager.
First runs of the show have reached more than 1 million kids aged six to 12, and the male lead Bobby Lockwood won a Children’s BAFTA for his role as Rhydian.
Existing licensees for the series included Danilo (greeting cards and calendars), Fashion UK (nightwear), Smith & Brooks (apparel) and VMC (accessories).
