Snap Creative brings toys to theaters for summer blockbusters

Snap Creative and its in-theater division Snapco are bringing five promotional toy programs to movie theaters worldwide. Available at cinema concession stands, the promotions will run for the summer's top kids blockbusters, including How to Train Your Dragon 2 and Transformers: Age of Extinction.

Snap Creative and its in-theater division Snapco are bringing five promotional toy programs to movie theaters worldwide. Available at cinema concession stands, the promotions will run for the summer’s top kids blockbusters, including How to Train Your Dragon 2 and Transformers: Age of Extinction.

Other movies up for the promotion include Disney Planes: Fire & Rescue, Guardians of the Galaxy and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Movie-goers can collect two or three different figures and/or keychains for each film, along with reusable cups and popcorn packs. The promotions will run in some of the largest theatre chains worldwide, including in the US, Canada, China, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Vietnam and Thailand.

With an estimated US$50 million in collectible pack concession sales, in over a dozen countries worldwide, Snap collaborates on 15 theatrical promotional packages with studios and exhibitors each year. Already this year, Snap has created several concessions programs, including ones for The Amazing Spider Man 2, Captain America: The Winter SoldierĀ and Frozen.
