Preschool property Tree Fu Tom is stepping up its marketing game through FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment’s Spring Into Action campaign, a brand awareness initiative that will support new series episodes on CBeebies and the show’s coinciding product range in the UK.

The campaign is designed to reach consumers through numerous touch points and adopt the show’s themes of interacting with the natural world, and it follows on the heels of last December’s promotional push across the UK.

Fremantle has joined forces with nature and wildlife expert Jules Howard, who offers parents tips on fun ways to explore springtime with their children via a series of online and radio interviews that comprise of 35 pieces of coverage.

There are also Spring Into Action Tree Fu Ranger-themed activities that have been featured on the brand’s Facebook page as well as on Made For Mums and UKMums.TV websites, and the activities will feature in Tree Fu Tom magazine, CBeebies Weekly, in the new Spring Into Action DVD and in a forthcoming Tree Fu Tom nursery mail out.

While promoting the series’ relationship with nature, the campaign will serve to familiarize kids with the brand and get them excited about the new Tree Fu Tom toys – including Flair’s new Ranger Tom Utility Belt – that are hitting UK shelves this spring.
