The Jim Henson Company has secured a number of new international broadcast, home entertainment and digital licensing agreements across Asia Pacific, Europe and Canada for its slate of family and fantasy series and feature films.

In advance of the Asia Television Forum and Kidscreen’s Asian Animation Summit in December, Henson has secured a multi-episode broadcast agreement with TVB in Hong Kong, which has acquired the two new children’s preschool series Doozers and the music-filled series Pajanimals together, with the second season of the animated series Sid the Science Kid.  Also in Hong Kong, the company has licensed home video and digital broadcast rights for Pajanimals to PCCW.

In Australia, Beyond has secured digital and home video rights for Doozers, while Regency Media/Shock has acquired the digital and home video rights for The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss.

Rounding out its international broadcasting announcements, The Jim Henson Company has finalized a number of agreements in Canada: educational television service TVO has acquired season three of Dinosaur Train ; Canada’s privately owned French language network TVA has acquired broadcast rights to Pajanimals and Labyrinth  and Canada’s public broadcaster Knowledge has secured rights for Pajanimals.
