eOne readies Justin and the Knights of Valour program

UK-based Entertainment One (eOne) has inked a number of CP deals in advance of the release of Justin and the Knights of Valour, an animated film set to be released on September 13.

UK-based Entertainment One (eOne) has inked a number of CP deals in advance of the release of Justin and the Knights of Valour, an animated film set to be released on September 13.

The US$30 million production from studio Kandor Graphics tells the tale of a young boy’s quest to become a knight. ¬†The film features well-known voice talent including Antonio Banderas, Julie Walters, Rupert Everett, David Walliams, Alfred Molino and Freddie Highmore.

Licensed merchandise will launch next month to coincide with the film’s release date.

Apparel firm Blues is designing a t-shirt exclusively for George at Asda. Toy firm RMS is producing jigsaw puzzles exclusively for The Entertainer, Art You Grew Up With will create limited edition art prints, Alligator Books is bringing out a range of activity and coloring books and Paper Projects is producing sticker packs.

In addition to these products, Kennedy Publishing will include Justin and the Knights of Valour branded activity pages, posters and covermounts in its popular children’s magazine titles Kraze Club and Busy Time.
