The Peanuts gang, which has been recently playing on new digital platforms like Vine and Instagram Video, is being re-created as toy figurines thanks to a new partnership with German toyco Schleich.

Peanuts Worldwide has granted Schleich exclusive worldwide rights on plastic figurines 3-inches and smaller, along with accompanying playsets, vehicles and accessories through December 2016.

Schleich will release a special Snoopy gold-colored collectible that will be available exclusively for US$10 at next week’s San Diego Comic-Con. Schleich plans to follow up with the release of a complete line of Peanuts characters, accessories and playsets at major retailers worldwide.

Licensing agency AALMG brokered the deal.
