Cartwheel Kids springs from group of toy industry vets

From a team that has worked on some of history's most iconic brands comes a new toy and consumer products company called Cartwheel Kids.

From a team that has worked on some of history’s most iconic brands comes a new toy and consumer products company called Cartwheel Kids.

At the helm of the L.A.-based company are Daniel Setton, CEO (co-founder and CEO of Xcessory International), Vince Klaseus, president (former chief executive of Disney Consumer Products Global Toys division) and Len Mazzocco, chief creative officer (former SVP of creative at Disney Consumer Products).

While still in its infancy, the company specializes in product design and development, brand building and franchise management.

First up for the company are toys, play sets, soft goods, role-play, seasonal and novelty items, which will launch in early 2014 in mass market and mid-tier specialty stores. A number of partnerships will be announced in the coming months.
