New original dance series moves onto Nick Jr. UK

The home of Dora and Bubble Guppies is making room for a brand-new dance series entitled Kushaboom. Nickelodeon has begun production today in London on eight five-minute episodes that will air on Nick Jr. UK.

The home of Dora and Bubble Guppies is making room for a brand-new dance series entitled Kushaboom. Nickelodeon has begun production today in London on eight five-minute episodes that will air on Nick Jr. UK.

The series is set in a dance studio a features a group children joining Nick Jr. presenter Helena Dowling (pictured) and DJ Kusha, her puppet co-presenter, for a dance class. Every episode will take the audience on a geographical trip to explore a different dance culture and learn corresponding dance moves.

Kushaboom will have coinciding presence online at nickjr.co.uk, which will house interactive content, character information and clips.
