The 24th annual Cartoon Forum, taking place in Toulouse, France from September 17 to 20, will feature 69 TV series projects that will be pitched to prospective co-producers, buyers and investors.

Among the animation projects selected is a recurring theme surrounding the supernatural – think skeletons, aliens and hyper pets. A full list of projects to be pitched can be found here http://www.cartoon-media.eu/FORUM/selected.php Content presented at the forum usually breaks down to 45% aimed at children, 33% at preschoolers and 12% at a family audience, with 10% of new content targeting young adults and adults.
