Australian animation studio Flying Bark Productions has named former Studio 100 Media exec Raphaela Faetkenheuer as marketing manager.

Faetkenheuer was formerly a marketing and brand manager at Studio 100′s German office, working on such brands as Maya the Bee and Vic the Viking. Studio 100 purchased Flying Bark in 2008 and the companies have since collaborated on Vic the Viking (pictured) and Master Raindrop, among others.

In her role at Flying Bark, she will be responsible for the company’s marketing, public relations, brand development, distribution and related projects both within Australia and internationally. Her move is timed with Fying Bark’s enhanced focus on marketing, licensing and merchandising of its key properties.
