Kids’ CBC is letting its young viewers take their favorite shows everywhere they go with the release of its new TV for Me app.

The free iPad app aimed at preschoolers lets kids stream episodes of Kids’ CBC shows using a simple, intuitive interface. It is compatible with both 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity.

“We are excited to expand the reach of our Kids’ CBC programming to ensure that preschoolers can access their favourite shows at any time, “said Sally Catto, CBC executive director of commissioned and scripted programming, in a statement.

The content, available only in Canada, currently includes episodes of Fuzzy Tales, Artzooka!, Monster Math Squad, Pirates: Adventures in Art, Dirtgirlworld, Polo, The Save-Ums! and The Doodlebops.

However, new episodes and new shows will be added regularly, according to a release from the CBC.
