eOne Family appoints head of global sales

Sales and marketing exec Monica Candiani has been named the new head of International Sales for London-based eOne Family, where, among other things, she will work closely with eOne's licensing division to support the global expansion of the Peppa Pig brand

Sales and marketing exec Monica Candiani has been named the new head of International Sales for London-based eOne Family.

Reporting to eOne Family MD Olivier Dumont, Candiani will be responsible for the global TV, home entertainment and digital sales of properties such as Peppa Pig, Ben and Holly’s Little Kingdom and Rob the Robot. She will also be responsible for pre-sales in order to raise funding for eOne Family’s slate of older-skewing comedy series.

Candiani will also work closely with eOne’s licensing division to support the international expansion of the Peppa Pig brand.

Candiani hails from Italian production company Rainbow, where as a sales manager she led international distribution of children’s programming including girls property Winx Club.
