The L.A. office of Toronto, Canada-based prodco Shaftesbury has landed a new tween series from Michael Poryes, creator of Hannah Montana and Life With Boys. Shaftesbury and ZDF Enterprises will manage distribution of the half-hour live-action sitcom Do-Over.

Do-Over follows the story of apiring 15-year-old songwriter Reggie Nichols. Luckily for Reggie, she has the ability to turn back the clock and re-do the last five minutes of anything she says or does. Not surprisingly, the do-overs seldomly make things better and that’s where the comedy flourishes.
