Paris, France-based Planet Nemo will produce the new 52 x five-minute CGI series What’s the Big Idea? with a pickup from CBeebies.

The series will be produced in association with UK preschool platform CBeebies, global preschool channel JimJam and France Télévisions. Additionally, co-producers include Senal Columbia and Argentina-based Paka Paka, and Nemo has pre-sold it to ABC (Australia), TVA (Canada), YLE (Finland), SVT (Sweden) and PBS Malta.

Based on the children’s book, The Book Of Great Philosophical Opposites by Oscar Brenifer and Jacques Després the series encourages critical thinking in its audience.
