Hasbro unveils Star Wars Angry Birds line

Hasbro has signed an agreement with LucasFilm to manufacture a variety of products inspired by the newly launched Star Wars edition of mega app Angry Birds from Rovio Entertainment.

The new line will launch at the beginning of next month and feature co-branding with other Hasbro brands including Jenga and Koosh.

Lines planned for the initial launch include Angry Birds Star Wars Battle Games that feature the game play of the app in physical form, Angry Birds Star Wars At-At Attack Battle Game, Angry Birds Star Wars Battle Game Packs, Angry Birlds Star Wars Mystery Bags and the Koosh Angry Birds Star Wars Jedi Slingshot among others.

The line will be available through major retailers during the holiday season.
