Hailed as the first Italian company to specialize in the international distribution of Italian animated content, Aldebaran Distribution has launched and added new titles to its portfolio.

The company, created by licensing industry experts Anna d’Alessandro and Cristina Angelucci, will offer a range of customized services aimed to spur commercial relations between Italian producers and international broadcasters.

Aldebaran will also provide services for co-productions, licensing, legal advice, international strategic planning and after-sales.

The distributor has already signed rep deals with The Animation Band (Lupo Alberto, I Cosi, Stefi, Spaghetti Family), Enanimation (Oh Boy!, Oh Boy! II), Gertie Production (Penny X, Sbrain, About Love), and MAD Entertainment (A Skeleton Story, Christmas special The Song of the Shepherds and movie The Art of Happiness).
