Jillianne Reinseth has joined Vancouver, Canada-based Nerd Corps Entertainment as VP of creative affairs, part of the company’s strategy to bolster its IP slate.

Reinseth’s role will be to help develop a robust lineup of properties for Nerd Corps, which has built boys action-adventure properties, character-driven comedies, and is expanding into preschool and girls properties.

Reinseth will oversee development of original IP and co-productions at the animation development and production company, including development of Nerd Corps’ newest original property, Endangered Species.

She has also worked at Disney, Nickelodeon, Studio B and Chorion, developing such properties as Kid vs. Kat, Lilo & Stitch, The Fairly OddParents and Famous Five.
