CBeebies controller Kay Benbow has acquired the fourth season of the hit preschool series Everything’s Rosie from indie kids media company V&S Entertainment.

The new CG-animated series, to be produced by its creator Vickie Corner, includes 26 x 11-minute episodes and is set to air in 2013. The total number of episodes is now 104.

Since launching in 2010, Everything’s Rosie has become one of the UK’s top-rated preschool shows among girls and boys and is now seen in more than 150 countries including Sapin (RTVE), Portugal (Canal Panda), Canada (SRC), and France (France TV).

The IP’s merchandising program also now includes more than 45 licensees appointed for the UK and Spain.

In other news around the property, V&S recently signed a new deal with Chello Central Europe to broadcast Everything’s Rosie on Central European channel Minimax.

Minimax is airing the first season from September 2012 on its basic Cable Pay-TV package, satellite and DTT feeds.
