Spanish media house BRB Internacional has secured new international broadcasting deals for its 3D-animated series Zoobabu.

Scooping up the series are Disney in Japan, Canal+ in France, RAI in Italy, Pixel in Ukraine, Discovery Kids in Latinamerica, Minika in Turkey and Al Jazeera in the Arab countries. In addition, France’s Orange has acquired the series for different territories and Spain’s Canal Clan-TVE will launch Zoobabu in open broadcast-format next month.

The 104 x two-minute series, co-produced Screen 21, Televisió de Catalunya and Image In, features more than 100, 3D stereoscopic animated riddles in a guessing game-type format. Kids can use clues to find out what animals are hidden in a playful box.

Canal Panda (Spain) currently airs the series which has recently been acquired by Minimini (Poland), RTV (Slovenija), Hop! Channel (Israel), Disney (Australia and New Zealand), Canal 9 (Costa Rica), and Radio Canada and Knowledge (Canada).
