Toronto, Canada-based Cookie Jar has secured deals to represent two new live-action tween series, Deadtime Stories and The Jadagrace Show.

Deadtime Stories, produced by Hill & Brand Kids, is based on the popular book series of the same name by New Jersey-bred authors Annette and Gina Cascone. Hardcover, paperback and digital editions of the book series are published by Tor Books, a division of St. Martin’s Press/Macmillan Group, and Scholastic also carries the series.

Live-action musical sitcom The Jadagrace Show stars YouTube sensation Jadagrace as a 12-year-old musical phenom who is offered a chance by a TV network to produce her own television variety show for kids after her amateur videos go viral.

The series, produced through Fun World Media by Joseph Merhi and Kerry Gordy, has 14 episodes in the can with 12 more currently in production.

Jadagrace recently locked down a million dollar record deal with Epic Records chairman LA Reid and Sony Entertainment. Her “Gimme My Money” video now has more than 1.5 million views on YouTube.

Cookie Jar will take both series to MIPCOM. Here is a peak at the official trailer for The Jadagrace Show.
