Paris-based prodco Millimages is set to launch new animated kids series Me and My Robot at MIPCOM and has announced international pre-sales for the property.

The 52 x 13-minute series, originally commissioned by France Television, Canal J and EBS, is currently in production and is co-produced by Millimages, Synergy Media and Canal J. Pre-sales have already been secured with ABC Australia, SVT Sweden, NRK Norway, DR Denmark and VRT Belgium.

The first 26 episodes are expected for delivery in November with the remainder for April 2013. Me and My Robot follows the ups and downs of a group of friends in a high-tech robotic school.

Millimages handles worldwide television and licensing rights to the property excluding Asia which is represented by Synergy Media.

Meanwhile, Millimages is also taking the new fourth season of its hit preschool series 64 Zoo Lane to MIP and has inked a slew of presales with ABC Australia, SVT Sweden, NRK Norway, DR Denmark and Zeppelin Holland.

The series, which features the nighttime adventures of a young girl named Lucy, is commissioned by CBeebies in the UK and France 5, and 104 x 11-minute episodes are now available.

BBC Worldwide recently acquired global licensing rights (excluding the French-speaking world) for the property.
