Elastic Rights to rep Cloudbabies

Hoho Rights, the commercial arm of London’s Hoho Entertainment, has appointed Madrid-based Elastic Rights to handle TV distribution and licensing rights for its new preschool series Cloudbabies across Portugal, Greece and Turkey.

The CG-animated Cloudbabies, which revolves around four childlike characters, Baba Pink, Baba Blue, Baba Yellow and Baba Green, made its CBeebies debut in May 2012 and licensees already on board in the UK include Vivid (toys), Penguin Children’s Books (publishing) and Hallmark Cards UK and Tigerprint (greeting cards).

The new series is animated by Manchester-based Studio Liddell.
