Following the international success of season one, France Télévisions Distribution has acquired comprehensive rights to the second season of animated preschool series Lulu Vroumette.
The Mondo TV France-produced series, which features the countryside adventures of Lulu the turtle and an assortment of other animals, airs on France5 and has been sold into a total of 30 countries across Europe to broadcasters including the BBC, ZDF, RAI and Al Jazeera Children’s Channel in the Middle East. The series has also been sold into South East Asia (the Republic of Korea, Indonesia and Thailand).
In partnership with France Télévisions, France Télévisions Distribution will preview Lulu Vroumette and a catalogue of its children’s brands including several literature-based series (Charlie and Mimmo, Emily, Peter Rabbit, The Octonauts and Wendy) at next month’s Cartoon Forum in Toulouse, France.
