Mind Candy hires ex-Playfish exec as director of talent

UK-based Mind Candy has tapped ex-Playfish exec Ken Ward to take on the newly created role of director of talent.

Ward will be charged with developing Mind Candy’s employment brand and talent acquisition strategy, as well as directing and managing the company’s internal recruitment team.

Prior to joining Mind Candy, Ward spent two and half years at social gaming company Playfish as people operations director.

There are approximately 80 job openings across tech, accounting, operations and customer services currently available at Mind Candy.

Ward’s recruitment team will also be at the Develop conference in Brighton, England from Wednesday July 11.
