The Hub hires Dena Kaplan as new CMO

Discovery/Hasbro US kidnet The Hub has named cable television marketing executive Dena Kaplan as its new chief marketing officer.

Kaplan, who will make the jump in late July from her current role as SVP of marketing at NFL Network, will report to The Hub’s president and CEO, Margaret Loesch.

She will be responsible for The Hub’s marketing, branding and promotional strategy, and will have oversight of consumer and affiliate marketing, creative services, digital content and digital cross-platform initiatives.

Ms. Kaplan joined the NFL Network in 2007 after a 10-year stint with Game Show Network.
