Wellington, New Zealand-based Pukeko Pictures and fellow Kiwi prodco Grand Entertainment have signed a deal with the Animation School of the Beijing Film Academy to establish the International Animation Technology Joint Research Centre at the Chinese learning institution.
The Centre will actively promote the development of animated projects and bolster cooperation between the New Zealand and Chinese film and television markets.
