Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and UK-based video game developer Eurocom will release their new Harry Potter for Kinect video game for the Xbox 360 this fall.

The game, which will be based on all eight films belonging to the blockbuster franchise, will allow players to join adventures with main characters Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and outside in the broader Harry Potter universe.

Among the features in the game, users can scan their own faces to place on wizard or witch avatars, and players can also vocally cast spells and use physical maneuvers through Kinect’s voice-recognition and hands-free functions. Mini-games and co-op gameplay are also featured.
