Coinciding with the worldwide release of the hit feature film The Avengers, Massachusetts-based footwear manufacturer Stride Rite Children’s Group Stride Rite is adding to its Marvel collection with a new line called X-celeRacers.

The shoes, which target kids ages three to eight and feature popular Marvel characters Iron Man, Captain America, The Incredible Hulk and Spider-Man, are currently available in retail stores and online.

Stride Rite has initiated an extensive in-store, online and TV marketing campaign including commercials airing on Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney XD, and moms and kids can access interactive activities via a special X-celeRacers webpage found at www.striderite.com/marvel.
