New York-based research and strategy firm Insight Strategy Group has upped Mia Scelsi to associate director of operations, promoted Andi Glick (pictured) to senior project manager and hired Jillian Rodriguez in the newly created position of creative writer.

Working closely with COO Catherine Ganley, Scelsi, who joined Insight in 2007 and was most recently manager of operations, will be tasked with managing the firm’s finances, HR and operations.

Glick, who joined Insight in 2010 and was most recently a manager, is responsible for designing, moderating, and analyzing studies for Insight Kids. She has worked with clients including MTV, Nickelodeon, Crayola, Dreamworks and Paramount.

Jillian Rodriguez jumps over to Insight after her most recent stint as membership and communications manager for ArtTable.org.  In her new role, Rodriguez will be responsible for all company copywriting, including proposals, the Muse of the Month and Insight’s blog.
