France will be seeing a lot more of boy-skewing property Redakai: Conquer the Kairu as Zodiak Kids/Marathon Media has inked a number of licenses in France for apparel, back-to-school and comic lines.

Manufacturer Tennessee will produce back-to-school items including schoolbags and stationary; European manufacturer TV Mania will develop casual clothing, nightwear, underwear, swimwear and fashion accessories; and Paris-based publisher Dargaud will create a range of comics.

In addition, manufacturer Aventure Diffusion will produce shoes and slippers, CTI will create bed linen, bathroom linen and sleeping bags and D’Arpege will produce bikes, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, and protective pads.

The expansion of the brand in France follows on the heels of a Redakai apparel deal with Mad Engine in the US.
