Cody Simpson

Atlantic Records has tapped consumer products company The Wish Factory to manufacture dolls, figures and playsets based on Cody Simpson – the Australian pop singer and songwriter who has been following a Justin Bieber-like route to stardom.

As the Cody Simpson brand toy licensee, The Wish Factory will debut an initial line of fashion dolls at Toys ‘R’ Us stores and online at Toysrus.com exclusively for this year’s holiday season. The line will then expand to other mass market retailers in spring and fall 2012.

To date, Simpson has garnered nearly two million Twitter followers and more than 100 million YouTube views.
