Strategy and development firm PlayScience has grown its global team through the appointment of two senior research and innovation specialists.

Riwanon Gestin has joined the company as a global research lead, where she will be tasked with spearheading the firm’s global research efforts. She comes to PlayScience from the MTV Networks International research group, where she spent 10 years covering more than 20 kids and youth brands across all platforms and across all markets.

Ross Marks has been added to the post of innovation and research Lead. Marks will be overseeing PlayScience’s research innovation efforts, developing new methodologies for gathering consumer insights and strategies for product development.  He will also take a key role in managing the company’s PlayLab – an online and real-world space for research with kids and families.  Marks brings with him a wide range of research and development experience, working with such clients and brands as IDEO, Microsoft, Rubbermaid and Samsung.
