Pac-Man returns in new TV series

It looks like Pac-Man is hungry for more.
The 30-year-old popular video game character is set to star in a brand-new 3D-animated TV series that will air in the fall of 2013.
41 Entertainment been appointed by Namco Bandai Games to distribute the 26 x 26-minute Pac-Man 3D worldwide. The series will be produced in stereoscopic 3D by Avi Arad (Spider-Man for Sony Pictures, Iron Man for Paramount) and Rick Ungar (X-Men Evolution for Marvel).
Meanwhile, Namco Bandai plans to invest more than US$15 million in the production and launch of a major global toy program.
41 Entertainment will not publicly exhibit the series at MIP Jr. but will hold private screenings for clients at MIPCOM.
